By signing up you acknowledge and agree that:

• The membership is non-transferable.
• At our discretion, we may refund automatically renewed annual memberships if we receive written notice within 72 hours of renewal, minus an administration fee of $20 USD, $30 AUD, €20 EUR, $30 CAD, £15 or $30 NZD (depending on which currency your membership is processed in). 
• The materials provided in this membership are for your own personal use and/or the use of your own personal students. You undertake to respect the copyright holder and to not illegally distribute any materials made available to you.
• You will only use materials printed from Supersonics Plus while your membership is current.
• Printable materials available as part of the digital library will require you (or you students) to have immediate access to a printer. The workflow for printing library pieces/books is:
  1. Access the piece/book in Supersonics Plus
  2. Press the “print” button
  3. The piece/book is sent to your printer to be printed immediately (these pieces are not downloadable)
• You will not use the print book discount to commercially market and/or sell Supersonics Piano books to anyone outside your studio.
• You will be personally liable for any breach(es) of this agreement by either yourself or your students and that any breaches will result in the immediate cancellation of your account without refund.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Your membership is managed from your my account page. 

STUDIO ZONE

You will enjoy access to the Studio Zone only while you are a current Pro Premium member. To use the Studio Zone you acknowledge and agree to these two rules:

1. You will only upload materials that you have legal use of (i.e. either content you have created, or free or “studio-licensed” materials – you may be asked to provide proof of ownership/purchase for any material that you upload).
2. You will not upload any objectionable content. All content you upload must be musical in nature, and suitable for all ages. Any “adult” content is totally forbidden.

Your access may be temporarily or permanently terminated if you are found to have violated either of these two rules. For minor, or inadvertent infractions, we will simply remove the infringing content and notify you. For major violations, we will instantly terminate your access and remove all of your content with no prior notification.   

While we are in beta release, we don’t have any set guidelines and rules for file size and storage capacity. We are hoping that, as most files that we anticipate users uploading will not be particularly large, we can avoid implementing any limits. We do reserve the right to limit upload file size and overall storage space in the future though.

PREMIUM COMPOSERS

You will enjoy access the content from our Premium composers only while you are a current Pro Premium member. By signing up you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will only use materials printed from Supersonics Plus while your membership is current.

STUDIO SUPERCHARGE

You will enjoy access to the Studio Supercharge service only while you are a current Pro Premium member. By using Studio Supercharge, you agree to the following terms:

• You can submit a maximum of four videos/compositions per year, with the option to purchase additional submissions if needed. This limit does not carry over from year to year.
• All videos/compositions must be submitted via our designated upload form; submissions via email or messaging services will not be accepted.
• This service operates on a scheduled basis. Daniel allocates specific time each week for feedback, ensuring a steady review process. You can expect your feedback video to arrive within 1-4 weeks after submission.
• All content created by Daniel is confidential unless explicit permission is granted to share it publicly. If you wish to post any content publicly, please ask us first, and we will usually approve your request.
