On the 13th November, 2023 we will be changing our Supersonics Pro subscription offering. These changes will only apply to any members who join after the 13th November, and existing members are not affected. We will replace our current offering with:

• a new casual membership
• a discounted  monthly membership with a minimum 12 month commitment

This will be more “budget-friendly” than our current discount for a lump sum annual payment. 

During the Christmas holiday period, the following shipping procedures will apply for Australia and New Zealand:

• Orders placed between the 11th and 23rd December, 2022 will be printed on demand and shipped to you from our print partner (add 3-5 business days to our regular shipping times)
• Orders placed between the 24th December, 2022 and 8th January, 2023 will be sent from our Brisbane office on the 9th January, 2023 (with regular shipping times once sent)
• Regular Australian shipping will resume on the 9th January, 2023 

PRINT BOOKS: Due to increasing production costs, print book prices will increase for all customers on the 10th December, 2022

PRO MEMBERSHIPS: Pro member pricing will increase in February, 2023. This price increase will not affect current members.

As of Friday 18th August, 2022 some of our print books will no longer be available for general purchase and will only be available for Supersonics Pro members and their students. In addition to this, all our books currently available on Amazon will be removed from there in early September. This website will be the only official store for Supersonics Piano books. Free Plus content will be removed on Friday 2nd December, 2022 for the affected books. The following table details the new status of our books (books in red are the affected books):

From Thursday, 18th November 2021 we will be moving from free shipping to charging shipping for some orders. This is due to significant increases in the costs associated with printing and delivering books. The base price for books will be less however, and this means that:

• Orders of 1-3 books will cost more overall
• Orders of 4+ books will cost less overall
• Orders of 5 or more books will be eligible for free shipping

If you shopped with us before the 26th February, 2020 you will have an account on our old system. These login details will not work on our new system and you will need to set up a new account. This is as simple as choosing a password during the checkout process. You are still able to access records of your old orders
