Having a problem with your Pro membership or need to know how to get started? Let’s get you on the right track!

LOGIN ISSUES

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  • If you’ve forgotten your Supersonics Plus password you can reset it using the link at the bottom of the login page
  • If you’ve forgotten your password for our main site (this one), you can reset it using the link at the bottom of the login page
  • Please note that resetting your password for one system does not automatically reset it for the other system

If you’re not receiving a password reset email: 

  • If you are not receiving a password reset email, try adding [email protected] to your email whitelist
  • EMAIL ADDRESSES: Check that your account and billing email addresses in your account are correct. Plus reads your billing email address so that is what you need to log into Plus.

PayPal users:

  • If you used PayPal to pay for your membership, the Plus system may be using the email address associated with your PayPal account. Please try logging in with this email address.

Still having issues?

  • If you are still having issues just contact us and we will manually check and reset things for you.

How to update your payment details

  • To update your payment details, follow these steps:
    1. Sign into your store account
    2. Click on the Subscriptions link
    3. Click on View next to your subscription
    4. Click on Change Payment
    5. Check the Use a new payment method box to update your payment details
    6. Complete everything by clicking the Change Payment Method button

How to change your payment frequency

  • If you’d like to switch between monthly and annual billing (if this is an option for your type of subscription), follow these steps:
    1. Sign into your store account
    2. Click on the Subscriptions link
    3. Click on View next to your subscription
    4. Click on Switch between monthly and annual payments
    5. Choose your desired billing frequency and click Switch subscription

How to cancel your subscription

  • To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
    1. Sign into your store account
    2. Click on the Subscriptions link
    3. Click on View next to your subscription
    4. Click on Cancel

Billing through our old ecommerce system

  • If you are still being billed through our old membership system you can manage your billing here

Here’s the current list of Plus technical issues and limitations:

  • Older devices: Unfortunately Plus will not work well on older devices. If you are running into performance issues try switching devices (remember, Plus will work on your phone, tablet, laptop or PC) 
  • Printing using browsers on iOS phones and tablets: Printing on an iPad or iPhone using the internet browser is not as good as using the app. Please install the Plus app for optimized printing 

If you ever run into issues while using the Plus app, simply switch over and use the browser version

If a student doesn’t receive a welcome email when you add them to your account, don’t worry! If they appear on your student list then they are good to go. Just direct them where to login.
