LOGIN ISSUES
  • If you’ve forgotten your Supersonics Plus password you can reset it using the link at the bottom of the login page
  • If you are not receiving the password reset email, try adding [email protected] to your email whitelist
  • EMAIL ADDRESSES: Check that your account and billing email addresses in your account are correct. Plus reads your billing email address so that is what you need to log into Plus.
  • PAYPAL USERS: If you used PayPal to pay for your membership, the system may be using the email address associated with your PayPal account. Please try logging in with this email address.
  • If you are still having issues just contact us and we will manually reset your password for you.
  • You can manage billing for your membership in the My Account area of this site
  • If you are still being billed through our old membership system you can manage your billing here

Here’s the current list of Plus technical issues and limitations:

  • Older devices: Unfortunately Plus will not work well on older devices. If you are running into performance issues try switching devices (remember, Plus will work on your phone, tablet, laptop or PC)
  • Printing using browsers on iOS phones and tablets: Printing on an iPad or iPhone using the internet browser is not as good as using the app. Please install the Plus app for optimized printing

If you ever run into issues while using the Plus app, simply switch over and use the browser version

If a student doesn’t receive a welcome email when you add them to your account, don’t worry! If they appear on your student list then they are good to go. Just direct them where to login.
