Supersonics Piano FAQ
  • Printed books: Australian orders are fulfilled from our facility in Brisbane. All international orders are printed on demand at the closest print facility to you. You can check delivery time frames here.
  • Downloadable products: You will be emailed a download link immediately. You will also be able to access the files in your account.
  • Pro membership: You will have access to premium content in Supersonics Plus immediately. Login to Plus to access this. 

Some of our products are delivered as zip files. All major operating systems have the facility built in to open these files. If you are having any problems try the fixes on this page.

In the unlikely event that you can’t view a digitally downloaded PDF or if there is some problem with the printing process, simply change your PDF viewer or adjust your settings. Adobe Acrobat is generally best for Windows PCs and Preview is best for Macs. If you are using Adobe Acrobat, choose “Print As Image” from the “Advanced” tab when you print.

Pieces printed from Supersonics Plus are delivered from our own in-house PDF viewer. If you are experiencing problems printing Plus content please view the support section in Plus or contact us.

To maximize the size of the piece on the page you may like to adjust your printer’s margins to make the pieces fill up as much of the page as possible. It is usually best to print as “actual size” rather than to “fit to page”. We’ve also included high-resolution PDF covers for the pieces. You can use these to print a very nice looking cover if you like.

We’ve tried to make everyone’s life a little easier by creating a simple grading system that correlates to all the major exam systems. You can view how the Supersonics grading system works here.

No, our prices are the same all year round. We never go “on sale” as we’ve already built in some very attractive discounts.
