SHIPPING AND RETURNS
You will be quoted a price for shipping during the checkout process. We are not able to track all shipping methods. If you require tracking please choose a shipping method that includes tracking. We are not responsible for any untracked orders that go missing.
Australian print orders are fulfilled from our facility in Brisbane. All international print orders are printed on demand at the closest print facility to you. When you place a print on demand order it is immediately forwarded to the closest print facility to you. Printing will take 3-5 business days and delivery will take 1-10 business days (depending on your location).
You can expect delivery in the following time frames:
- Free Standard shipping: 5-15 business days (trackable)
- Priority shipping: 4-10 business days (trackable)
- Major urban areas: 2-5 business days (orders over 500g are trackable)
- Rural areas and WA: 4-10 business days (orders over 500g are trackable)
- Free Standard shipping: 5-10 business days (not trackable)
- Priority shipping: 3-6 business days (trackable)
- Ground shipping: 10-15 business days (trackable, cannot ship to PO boxes)
- Expedited shipping: 4-10 business days (trackable)
- Free Standard shipping: 8-12 business days (not trackable)
- Priority shipping: 5-8 business days (trackable)
Please note that we can only deliver Supersonics printed books to the following countries: Australia, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Italy. If your country isn’t listed please contact us and we will see if we can add you to the list.
All digital products are delivered immediately.
All membership purchases will give you immediate access.
We use local carriers and couriers to deliver your order.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information when it becomes available.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the value of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the the large number of books that are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind. Please make use of the “look inside” feature on each product page to make sure that you are purchasing the correct book for your needs.
All downloadable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED BOOKS
We will immediately replace books if they are defective or damaged. If your order has arrived and any books are defective or damaged, send us an email at email@example.com with photos attached of the affected book(s) as soon as possible. We require that you dispose of any defective or damaged books.
Occasionally orders will go astray. If an order was not printed and sent due to a technical error in our system we will either offer you a refund or send out the order as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for any untracked orders that go missing due to postal error. We reserve the right to not ship any further orders to you if we feel that there is a persistent risk of non-delivery to your address.
