Description: A “pajduska” is a traditional Bulgarian dance. Bulgarian folk music is characterised by the use of irregular beats, unique harmonies and polyphony. It is typically performed with traditional instruments like the gaida (a goat-skin bagpipe), kaval (an end-blown flute), gadulka (a stringed instrument), tapan (a large double-headed drum), tambura (a lute) and tarabuka (a finger-drum). Modern instruments like the accordion, clarinet, saxophone, drum set, electric bass and electric guitar also feature in contemporary performances. Count this piece as 12123.
